Lifecard Official LLC LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

All new Lifecard Official LLC firearms are warranted to the original retail purchaser only for the lifetime of the said original retail purchaser.

What Will We Do?

Lifecard Official LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace without charge any Lifecard Official LLC firearm that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship. This includes parts and labor. Repairs are covered for the duration of the warranty. If Lifecard Official LLC replaces a firearm under this warranty, you will receive a new warranty for the replacement.

How to Obtain Service

To obtain service, please contact Lifecard Official LLC for a Return Authorization Number before sending your firearm freight prepaid to the address listed below. Please note that no C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. Only the existing Lifecard Official LLC Service Center or any other authorized Lifecard Official LLC Service Center shall be authorized to perform warranty repairs.

Steps:

  1. Return the Complete, Unloaded Firearm: Include a detailed description of the problem. DO NOT send any live ammunition with the firearm. If you need to send ammunition for proof purposes, ensure it is sent separately from the firearm.

  2. Proof of Purchase: Provide satisfactory proof of the original purchase date. We strongly recommend that you return a properly completed warranty registration card or acknowledgment of online warranty registration to establish eligibility for warranty service.

  3. Lack of Warranty Card: If you do not return a warranty card or acknowledgment of online warranty registration to Lifecard Official LLC, you are required to provide proof of purchase when you send your firearm for warranty service.

What Is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:

  1. Unreasonable Use: Includes misuse or abuse of the firearm.
  2. Improper Care or Maintenance: Failure to maintain the firearm as per the owner’s manual.
  3. Incorrect Installation: Installation of non-original parts by the owner or an unauthorized agent.
  4. Normal Wear and Tear: Wear resulting from regular use.
  5. Barrel Obstructions: Any obstructions in the barrels leading to damage.
  6. Excessive Use: Overuse of the firearm beyond recommended limits.

Lifecard Official LLC reserves the right to determine what constitutes unreasonable or excessive use. All accessories are excluded from warranty coverage. This warranty does not cover any claims made by second or subsequent owners of a Lifecard Official LLC firearm.

Unauthorized Modifications:

ANY UNAUTHORIZED ALTERATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE FIREARM OR USE OF PARTS OR COMPONENTS NOT ORIGINALLY MADE BY LIFECARD OFFICIAL LLC SHALL VOID THIS WARRANTY. LIFECARD OFFICIAL LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM THE USE OF FAULTY, NONSTANDARD, REMANUFACTURED, OR RELOADED AMMUNITION NOT MANUFACTURED TO NATO AND/OR SAAMI SPECIFICATIONS.

Lifecard Official LLC is not responsible or liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, business, profits, other economic loss, or injury to property, whether resulting from breach of express or implied warranty, negligence, or otherwise.

This Lifetime Warranty applies only to retail purchases by individuals. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. This limited warranty is the only express warranty by Lifecard Official LLC.

Lifecard Official LLC authorizes no dealer or other person to vary the terms of this warranty or make any other express warranties.
